We process identification and contact data, delivery addresses, payment data and health data, which the law classifies as sensitive. The purposes are running the service — account, orders, payments, deliveries, appointments and tests — letting the Soul assistant guide you if you authorize it, handling telemedicine, sending you commercial communications if you accept them, and sharing with one specific provider the orders and prescriptions they sign for you.
Health data is sensitive: you are not required to provide it, and at each step you are told what stops working if you do not.
You may know, update and rectify your data, revoke your authorization, request its deletion and lodge complaints with the Colombian Superintendence of Industry and Commerce. Rights are exercised by writing to the support channel: enquiries are answered within ten (10) business days and complaints within fifteen (15), extendable on the terms the law sets out.
